Osho introduces meditation in a modern context. He takes it away from
all 'religious' or 'spiritual' contexts and shows that it is a simple
method to develop awareness.

-- when all activity has ceased and you simply are, just being, that's
what meditation is. You cannot do it, you cannot practice it; you have
only to understand it."
