Ingredients
( 1 ) ½ cup chana flour
( 2 ) ½ cup sour curds
( 3 ) Oil
( 4 ) Black salt
( 5 ) 50 grams ginger
( 6 ) 100 grams green chillies
( 7 ) 50 grams coriander leaves
( 8 ) 50 grams mint leaves
( 9 ) Salt to taste
Method
( 1 ) Mix curds, chana flour and 3 cups of water. Heat 1 table spoon of oil for seasoning. Add asafoetida.
( 2 ) Add Chana flour mixture, salt and black salt. When the mixture starts boiling, remove it from the flame.
( 3 ) Add ginger, chilli, mint and coriander paste.
