Ingredients
( 1 ) Sprouted pulses (mung, muth, rajma, chana, etc.)
( 2 ) Chat masala
( 3 ) Lime juice
( 4 ) Salt to taste
Method
( 1 ) Sprout all pulses. Boil the rajma. Mix salt and chat masala. Add the lime juice.
( 2 ) Decorate with chopped corriander leaves.
