Ingredients
( 1 ) 250 grams muth flour (fine)
( 2 ) Oil
( 3 ) 1½ tea spoons red chilli powder
( 4 ) 3 tea spoon omum (ajawain)
( 5 ) ½ tea spoon sesame seeds
( 6 ) 1 table spoon powdered sugar
( 7 ) 25 grams wheat flour
( 8 ) Salt to taste
Method
( 1 ) Mix flour, enough oil and all the masalas. Add wheat flour and knead the dough.
( 2 ) Knead very well till it becomes soft and smooth. Divide the dough
into small portions. Roll out each portion into small and thick mathiya.
Fry the mathiyas in very hot oil.
