Ingredients
( 1 ) 1 cup maida
( 2 ) 1 tea spoon pepper dal
( 3 ) 4 to 5 table spoons ghee
( 4 ) Oil for frying
( 5 ) Salt to taste
Method
Mix maida, salt, ghee and pepper dal. Knead the dough. Divide the dough
into small portions. Roll out each portion into a thin and big puris.
Prick the puris with a fork. Fry them.
Variation
You may also roll out small puri like paratha. Shape it like a samosa.
Roll out a little and fry the samosas. This is samosa farasi puri.
