Ingredients
(1) Udad Flour 250 Gms
(2) Sugar 250Gms
(3) Pure Ghee 1 Cup
(4) Milk 1 Cup
(5) Charoli 30 Gms
(6) Saffron 20 Strips
(7) Chopped Almonds 2 Tb.Sp
(8) Cardamom Powder 10 Gms
(9) Javntri 5 Gms
(10) Ganthoda,White Pepper & Dry Ginger Powder 10 Gms
(11) White & Black Musli 10 Gms
Method:
(1) Mix milk and 100 gms. Ghee in Udad Flour and keep aside for two hours. After two hours,seive this flour which turns like Rava.
(2) Mix Sugar and Water (water should be in the Quantity that dippens sugar) in required in a separate bowl and micro for 20 minutes in medium power level. this will make sugar syrup. keep aside.
(3) Mix well 200 gms of the Ghee and seived Udad Flour in a separate bowl. Micro it for 20 minutesin medium power level In between ,stir well twice or thrice. Udad Flour will turn into golden colour. Expect almonds, add all the ingredients and mix well.
(4) Add sugar in roasted Udad Flour slowly and go on strring well. After it is well mixed,spred it on big plate.Sprinkle chopped Almonds on it
