Ingredients
(1) 6 table spoons maida
(2) 6 table spoons grated cheese
(3) 1 tea spoon baking powder
(4) 2 tea spoons pepper powder
(5) Ghee
(6) Salt to taste
Method
(1) Mix all ingredients except ghee. Knead ahard dough. Knead well till the dough is enough soft. Divide the dough into medium portions.
(2) Roll out each portion into a big roti. Cut the shakkarparas and fry them in ghee.
