Corn and Tomato Soup Recipe

 

Ingredients

( 1 ) 3 corncobs
( 2 ) 1 table spoon sugar
( 3 ) Tomato soup according to
( 4 ) 700 grams tomatoes
( 5 ) 2 table spoons butter
( 6 ) 2 onions
( 7 ) 2 cloves garlic
( 8 ) 1 potato
( 9 ) ½ tea spoon cinnamon powder, a few cloves, cardamom and pepper powder
( 10 ) 3 tea spoons sugar
( 11 ) 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
( 12 ) 2 table spoons grated cheese
( 13 ) Fried small bread crumbs
( 14 ) ½ cup cream
( 15 ) A little pepper powder
( 16 ) ½ cup cream

Method

( 1 ) Take out whole corns from the corn­cobs with a knife. Add 1 cup water and cook in a pressure cooker. Add sugar to it.
( 2 ) Add the corn seeds to the prepared tomato soup and boil on a slow flame for 10 minutes.
( 3 ) While serving sprinkle a little pepper powder. Mix well. Serve hot with the topping of fresh cream.
