Hyderabedi Toast Recipe


Ingredients

( 1 ) 200 grams batatawada masala
( 2 ) 50 grams french beans
( 3 ) 50 grams carrots
( 4 ) 50 grams green peas
( 5 ) 1 tea spoon ginger-chilli paste
( 6 ) 1 tea spoon lime
( 7 ) 1 tea spoon sugar
( 8 ) 1 tea spoon garam masala
( 9 ) Sweet chutney
(10) Garlic chutney
(11) Spicy coriander chutney
(12) Nylon sev
(13) Onions (finely chopped)
(14) 6 bread slices
(15) Oil for frying
(16) Salt to taste

Method

( 1 ) Prepare the stuffing as is made for batatawada. Chop french bean and carrots. Boil carrots, peas and french beans.
( 2 ) Cut the bread into small triangular slices. Add all the masalas to the boiled vegetables. Spread the stuffing on the bread slices. Then spread the finely chopped vegetables on it.
( 3 ) Prepare a very thin layer of maida. Dip the bread slices in the batter and fry them turned downwards. Arrange them in a dish. Add all the chutney's, sev and finely chopped onions before serving.
