Ingredients
( 1 ) 100 grams macaroni
( 2 ) 125 grams green peas
( 3 ) 250 grams potatoes, (cut them into small pieces)
( 4 ) 125 grams french beans (cut them into small pieces)
( 5 ) 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
( 6 ) 1 ½ table spoon chilli paste
( 7 ) ½ tea spoon ginger paste
( 8 ) Oil for frying
( 9 ) Salt to taste
For white sauce
( 1 ) ½ cup maida
( 2 ) 250 ml milk
( 3 ) 2 packet butter (50 grams)
( 4 ) 125 grams capsicum (chopped finely)
Method
( 1 ) Melt butter, add the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Stirring
constantly throughout till it is very light pink in colour. Gradually
add milk.
( 2 ) Add capsicum.
( 3 ) Cut the macaroni into small pieces, add a little salt and boil it.
When sauce thickens, add macaroni. Boil the potatoes, french beans and
peas.
( 4 ) Add them to the white sauce. Mix properly. Divide them into small
portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Fry them in hot oil.
