Instant Wafers Recipe


Ingredients

( 1 ) Potatoes
( 2 ) Oil
( 3 ) Salt to taste

Method

( 1 ) Peel and slice potatoes. Soak the slices in water.
( 2 ) Refrigerate them for 2 to 3 hours or soak in ice cold water and add ice cubes.
( 3 ) Remove from water and spread on a cloth. Heat oil for frying.
( 4 ) Add the slices and a little salt to oil, Fry on a low flame. Remove when wafers are crispy.
