Ingredients
( 1 ) 1 cup maida
( 2 ) 2 table spoons butter
( 3 ) ½ cup powdered sugar
( 4 ) ¼ cup grated fresh coconut
( 5 ) 1 tea spoon cardamom powder
( 6 ) 3 to 4 table spoons milk
( 7 ) Ghee
( 8 ) Salt to taste
Method
( 1 ) Mix all ingredients except ghee. Knead a soft dough. Knead the dough using milk.
( 2 ) Make a big roti and cut diamond shaped shakkarparas. Fry in ghee a few at a time.
