Ingredients
( 1 ) 2 cup chana dal
( 2 ) A pinch soda
( 3 ) 5 potatoes
( 4 ) 5 green chillies (fried)
( 5 ) 2 tea spoons sesame seeds
( 6 ) ½ tea spoon citric acid
( 7 ) 1 tea spoon sugar
( 8 ) 2 tea spoons powdered sugar
( 9 ) ½ tea spoon turmeric powder
(10) Salt to taste
Method
( 1 ) Soak chana dal for 6 hours. While soaking add a pinch of citric acid to it
( 2 ) Strain and spread the dal on a cloth. Peel and grate potatoes. Put the grated potatoes in water for sometime.
( 3 ) Then strain and spread on a cloth, Fry chana dal and grated potatoes using sieve like frying spoon. Using rolling pin while frying potatoes.
( 4 ) Mix all the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle it when chana dal and potatoes are half done.
