Ingredients
- 50 grams cabbage
- 50 grams carrots
- 25 grams french beans
- 50 grams green peas
- 50 grams cauliflower
- 7 cup red gravy according to (Red Curry)
- 2 table spoons oil
- 20 grams ginger
- 5 red kashmiri chillies (dried)
- 10 garlic cloves
- 3 small pieces of cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- 1/4 tea spoon coriander seeds
- 100 grams onions (paste)
- 2 tea spoons garam masala
- 1 tea spoon dhana jeera powder
- 1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
- 50 grams butter
- 100 grams cashewnuts, magatari seeds, khus khus(paste)
- 100 grams tomato ketchup
- A few drops of edible red colour
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
- ½ tea spoon turmeric powder
- 1 tea spoon garam masala
- 6 cashewnuts
- 4 almonds
- 15 grams groundnuts
- 4 strands of kesar
- 2 table spoons finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 table spoons ghee
- Salt to taste
Method
Chop and boil the vegetables. Prepare the red gravy . Boil the red
gravy. Add the boiled vegetables to it. Keep it aside. Boil the rice.
Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate. Add red chilli powder,
turmeric powder and garam masala to it. Take a large bowl. Make four
layers by spreading half of the rice, then spreading half of the
vegetables, next spreading the remaining half of the rice and finally
spreading the remaining vegetables. Garnish with kajus, almonds,
groundnuts, a few strands of kesar and chopped coriander leaves.
