Ingredients
( 1 ) 100 grams ginger
( 2 ) 300mlmilk
( 3 ) 200 grams sugar
( 4 ) 2 table spoons ghee
( 5 ) A little dry ginger powder
( 6 ) Silver foil for decoration
Method
( 1 ) Wash, peel, cut into pieces and grind the ginger.
( 2 ) Add the milk and sugar. Mix properly. Heat 1 table spoon of ghee in a fry pan and roast the mixture. Cook till the milk evaporates.
( 3 ) This pak is slightly softer as compared to the others.
( 4 ) When it thickens add the dry ginger powder and remove the mixture from fire. Add 1 table spoon of ghee. Spread in a greased thali.
( 5 ) Decorate with silver foil and cut into small cubes.
