Ingredients
( 1 ) 1 cup mango pulp
( 2 ) A little ghee
( 3 ) 3/4 cup milk
( 4 ) 1/2 cup sugar
( 5 ) A small piece baras
( 6 ) A little cardamom powder
( 7 ) A few strands kesar
( 8 ) Silver foil for decoration
Method
( 1 ) Put the ghee in a fry pan and keep it on fire. When it melts, add the mango pulp and stir constantly.
( 2 ) When it starts boiling add the milk. When it thickens add sugar, ghee and cardamom powder. Kesar may also be added.
( 3 ) When it becomes thick enough, spread it in a greased dish. Decorate with silver foil. Cut into small cubes when settled.
