Ingredients
( 1 ) 2 cups mango pulp
( 2 ) 2 table spoons ghee
( 3 ) 1 cup sugar
( 4 ) ¼ tea spoon cardamom powder
( 5 ) 2 tea spoons dry ginger powder
( 6 ) Silver foil for decoration
Method
( 1 ) Heat the ghee in a fry pan. Add the mango pulp to it. Stir constantly.
( 2 ) When the mango pulp thickens a little add sugar. Add enough sugar according to the sweetness of the pulp.
( 3 ) Add a little ghee. When it thickness add the cardamom powder and the dry ginger powder.
( 4 ) Spread the pulp in a greased dish. Decorate with silver foil. Cut into small pieces.
