Ingredients
( 1 ) 300 grams khajur
( 2 ) 100 grams groundnut
( 3 ) 2 table spoons ghee
( 4 ) A little cardamom powder
Method
( 1 ) Wash and grind the khajur after removing the seeds from them.
( 2 ) Roast, cool, peel and powder the groundnuts.
( 3 ) Roast the khajur and groundnuts powdered together in 1 table spoon of ghee.
( 4 ) When thick enough, add 1 table spoon of ghee. Spread in a greased dish. Decorate with cardamom powder. Cut into small pieces.
