Khajur (Dates) Pak Recipe


Ingredients

( 1 ) 100 grams khajur (dates)
( 2 ) 100 ml milk
( 3 ) 2 table spoons ghee
( 4 ) Silver foil for decoration

Method

( 1 ) Cut the khajur into small pieces after removing the seeds. Add milk and crush the mixture.
( 2 ) Roast it in 1 table spoon of ghee cook it till it thickens. When done add 1 table spoon of ghee. Spread in a greased dish. Decorate with silver foil. Cut into mall pieces.
