( 1 ) Cut the khajur into small pieces after removing the seeds. Add milk and crush the mixture.
( 2 ) Roast it in 1 table spoon of ghee cook it till it thickens. When
done add 1 table spoon of ghee. Spread in a greased dish. Decorate with
silver foil. Cut into mall pieces.
