Banana Coconut Halwa Recipe


Ingredients

( 1 ) 5 to 6 bananas
( 2 ) ½ cup ghee
( 3 ) cup sugar
( 4 ) ½ cup grated coconut
( 5 ) ½ tea spoon cardamom powder
( 6 ) Few kaju and raisins

Method

( 1 ) Heat 2 table spoons of ghee in a fry pan and roast the grated bananas in it with constant stirring, to avoid it from sticking to the pan and burning.
( 2 ) When colour changes add a desired amount of sugar and coconut. When mixed properly, add the remaining amount of ghee, cardamom powder and nuts.
( 3 ) When ghee the separates remove from fire. It can be served as pieces. It tastes well, hot or cold.
