Ingredients
( 1 ) 500 grams dudhi (tender)
( 2 ) 250 grams sugar
( 3 ) 1 table spoon ghee
( 4 ) 250 grams barfimawa
( 5 ) Cardamom powder
( 6 ) Few drops of edible lemon yellow colour
( 7 ) A few kajus
( 8 ) Raisins and almonds
Method
( 1 ) Wash, peel, grate and boil the dudhi. Strain water and add sugar. Heat the mixture.
( 2 ) When a little water evaporates, add 1 table spoon of ghee. When all the water evaporates remove from the flame.
( 3 ) Sieve mawa and roast it a little. Add cardamom powder, lemon colour to it.
( 4 ) Cool it a little and then, spread in a greased dish.
( 5 ) Add 2 table spoons of ghee on the dish. Decorate with kajus, raisins and chopped almonds.
