Ingredients
( 1 ) 1 cup idli flour
( 2 ) 50 grams french beans (chopped finely and boiled)
( 3 ) 50 grams carrots (chopped finely and boiled)
( 4 ) 100 grams peas (boiled)
( 5 ) Amchur chutney
( 6 ) Garlic chutney
( 7 ) Coriander chutney
( 8 ) Sev (fine)
( 9 ) Salt to taste
Method
( 1 ) Ferment the idli flour for 5 to 6 hours as is done for making idli. Add all vegetable and salt to it.
( 2 ) Make small small idlis.
( 3 ) Add all chutneys. Decorate with chopped coriander leaves and sev.
Variation
Various (edible) colour may be added to make coloured idlis.
