Ingredients
( 1 ) 100 grams kaju
( 2 ) 100 grams walnuts
( 3 ) 2 table spoons ghee
( 4 ) 100 grams sugar
( 5 ) 50 grams mawa
( 6 ) A little cardamom powder
Method
( 1 ) Powder the kajus and the walnuts in the nut cutter. Make a coarse powder. Roast it in 1 table spoon of ghee.
( 2 ) Add roasted mawa to this. Then add the sugar and the cardamom powder. Cook for some time.
( 3 ) When it thickens add 1 table spoon of ghee and remove the halwa from flame. Spread in a greased dish.
