Ingredients and Method
( 1 ) Make khakhara's out of roti. Powder them. Take approximate quantity sugar and make three thread sugar syrup.
( 2 ) Add khakhara powder and some cardamom powder. Spread in a greased dish and cut into cubes when it is settled.
( 3 ) For making khakharas, place the roti on the hot griddle.
Press it with a katori. Turn and press it on the other side. Roast on
both sides until the roti is hard and crispy.
