Ingredients
( 1 ) 250 grams chana flour
( 2 ) 50 grams rice flour
( 3 ) 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
( 4 ) ½ tea spoon turmeric powder
( 5 ) Oil
( 6 ) Salt to taste
Method
( 1 ) Mix chana flour, rice flour and other ingredients and prepare a thin batter.
( 2 ) Hold the bundi frying spoon a little above the frying pan.
( 3 ) Pour a little batter on the frying spoon. Fry the bundi. Extra flour or water may be added to adjust the consistency of the batter.
( 4 ) Wash the frying spoon each time after making the bundi. This would help to make nice bundis.
