Ingredients
( 1 ) 250 grams salted groundnuts
( 2 ) 2 table spoons oil
( 3 ) 2 tea spoon turmeric powder
( 4 ) 2 tea spoons red chilli powder
( 5 ) 2 tea spoon pepper powder
( 6 ) ½ tea spoon black salt
( 7 ) 2 table spoons powdered sugar
( 8 ) ¼ tea spoon cinnamon-cloves powder
( 9 ) 1 tea spoon amchur powder
(10) Salt to taste
Method
( 1 ) Remove the skin of the groundnuts.
( 2 ) Heat a little oil in a vessel. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and groundnuts. Add the remaining ingredients. Fry for a few minutes. Remove it from the flame.
